A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Feb. 25 through March 3 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Meldryn and Karen Ray, of Ponce Inlet, sold 1943 Southcreek Blvd. to Denton and Terry Sparks, of Ellendale, Tennessee, for $740,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,430 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $625,000.

 

PORT ORANGE

 

Allandale

Walter Borgen and Jeffery Hurt, of Daytona Beach, sold 5137 Orange Ave. to Chade and Amelie Coleman, of Port Orange, for $139,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $65,000.

 

Baywood

Robert and Lavonne Johnston sold 5583 Lancewood Drive to Andrea Turcotte and Courteney Armstrong, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet.

 

Coquina Cove

Josh and Michele Simms, of Port Orange, sold 5422 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Marcial Wong and Michelle Lopez-Wong, of Port Orange, for $209,900. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,415 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

 

Deep Forest

Harry and Elizabeth Zillinski, of Port Orange, sold 930 Sandle Wood Drive to Terry Boston, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $174,000.

 

Foxboro

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 614 Moonpenny Circle to John and Lisa Parton, of Port Orange, for $236,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,574 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $158,000.

 

Lone Oak

American Chemical and Building Maintenance Supply Co., of St. Petersburg, sold 5920 Peggy Drive to Anke and Martin Arnaud, of Port Orange, for $269,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $82,700.

 

Nob Hill

Harvey and Shirley Wiggins sold 5817 Nob Hill Blvd. to Linda Longfritz, of Port Orange, for $365,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,909 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $226,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

James and Tamie Ashby, of Port Orange, sold 614 Renner Road to John and Staci Grommersch, of Port Orange, for $360,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,399 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $342,000.

 

SASP LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 755 Taylor Road to Eugen and Maria Rahmin, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $11,500.

 

Port Orange Plantation

D.R. Horton Inc. sold 5319 Royal Plantation Blvd. to Joseph and Joyce Ficarelli, of Port Orange, for $229,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet.

 

Sugar Forest

Sherry Hall, of Port Orange, sold 812 Sugar House Blvd. to Christine and Robert Goebel, and John and Michelle Goebel, for $134,500. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $135,000.

 

Summer Trees

John and Mary Lyon sold 120 Hickory Lane to Mark and Susan Kahrs, of Port Orange, for $169,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $120,000.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

Thomas and Brenda Macdougall, of Port Orange, sold 2717 Autumn Leaves Drive to Monte and Maureen Sanders, of Port Orange, for $599,500. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,120 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $312,890.

 

Diane Gow, as representative, sold 3113 Waterway Place to Dean and June Froberg, of Valparaiso, Indiana, for $323,623. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool and 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $397,000.

 

Tomoka Farms

Slyvia Soldo, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 2040 Red Robin Drive to Monica Riera and Robert Zerbisias, of Port Orange, for $375,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,960 square feet.

 

Town Park

Christoper and Andraia Lee, of Daytona Beach, sold 1579 Town Park Drive to Michele and Joshua Simms, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,935 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $207,000.

 

Waters Edge

Sean and Denise Hodgdon, of Methuen, Maryland, sold 1810 Forough Circle to Brian Shleifer for $390,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,177 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $400,000.

 

Windsor Hill

Kyle Busby and Brooks Miller-Busby, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1305 N. Wembley Circle to Joel and Carlyn Peterson, of Port Orange, for $249,900. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $243,000.

 

Willow Run

Scott and Lesley Garvey, of Port Orange, sold 1105 Willow Wood Drive to Francis Hines and Sandra Lawrence, of Port Orange, for $167,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,266 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $145,200.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Susan O’Donnell, of Daytona Beach, sold 2922 Gaslight Drive to Sheryl Franklin, of Daytona Beach, for $184,600. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,314 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $52,000.

 

Elizabeth Behrens, individually and as trustee, sold 2341 Brian Ave. to Nancy Lawrence, of South Daytona, for $178,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $62,555.

 

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 2524 Florida Blvd. to Michael Stragapede and Edmond Jarrell, of South Daytona, for $177,600. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $119,000.
