A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Feb. 11-17 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Jeffrey Reynolds, individually and as trustee, sold 2540 Taxiway Echo to Todd Stefaniak, of Port Orange, for $2,650,000. Built in 2000, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces, an airplane hangar, swimming pool, tennis court and 6,248 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $2.5 million.

 

PORT ORANGE

 

Barefoot Park

William Young, of South Daytona, sold 100 Barefoot Trail to Terre Lickfield, of Daytona Beach, for $67,000. Built in 1987, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $65,000.

 

Baywood

Real Estate Home Sellers LLC sold 5560 S. Lancewood Circle to Luis and Brittany Lierena, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,196 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $123,000.

 

Brandy Hills

Anh Tran sold 82 Highlands Drive to Michael and Dorothy Hozan, of Port Orange, for $140,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $90,000.

 

Dunlawton Hills

Daniel Weston and Anisa Kristollari sold 833 Stonybrook Circle to Jared Grady, of Redondo Beach, California, for $134,900. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 931 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $82,500.

 

Lois Boatwright, of DeLand, sold 4224 New Haven Court to Timothy Perkins, of Port Orange, for $130,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $156,000.

 

Fleming Fitch

Samuel Ham, of Livonia, Michigan, sold 101 Fleming Ave. to Jeremy and Jessica Paquin, of Port Orange, for $389,000. Built in 1924, the house has four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,422 square feet.

 

Laurelwood

Margaret Wilson sold 710 Larado Drive to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, for $69,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 864 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $7,000.

 

Riverwood

Gladys Miller sold 6127 Sequoia Drive to Dragan and Sladjana Balos, of Port Orange, for $162,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $78,800.

 

Sanctuary on Spruce Creek

Patricia Mercincavage, individually and as trustee, sold 1310 Osprey Nest Lane to Roger and Margaret Dietrich, of Daytona Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,749 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $309,900.

 

Robert and Pauline Brodeur sold 6015 Sanctuary Garden Blvd. to Mark and Gina Cornell, of Port Orange, for $385,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,389 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $359,000.

 

Sleepy Hollow

Ivey Bedell, of Holly Hill, sold 722 Sleepy Hollow Drive to Paul and Jane Flanagan, of Port Orange, for $180,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,601 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $73,500.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

Katherine Zeliff, individually and as trustee, sold 1809 Avanti Court to Todd and Pauletta Case, of Louisa, Kentucky, for $1.8 million. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an airplane hangar, swimming pool and 4,372 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $2.1 million.

 

Sylvia Starbuck, of Port Orange, sold 1800 Spruce Creek Blvd., Unit 8, to Edward Gallagher Jr., of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,466 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $135,000.

 

Summer Trees

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 6026 Spruce Point Circle to Pantera Yarborough, of Port Orange, for $227,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

 

Vineyards

Bonnie and Barry Arnett sold 1487 Nappa Drive to Britni Patterson and Brandon Malloy, of Port Orange, for $315,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,302 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $127,535.

 

Waters Edge

Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, as trustee, sold 1715 Goosecross Court to Moheb Hanna , of Port Orange, for $299,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,893 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $437,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Mini Guns Inc. sold 2014 Magnolia Ave. to Bryan Smith and Katherine Bourgeois, of South Daytona, for $$278,500. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,679 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $26,900.

 

Timothy and Deborah Roberts, of Daytona Beach, sold 2940 Gaslight Drive to Stacy Kirsch, of South Daytona, for $206,900. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $137,000.

 

Dennis Thomas, of Deleon Springs, sold 2056 Green St. to John and Mary Linebarier, of South Daytona, for $150,400. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,464 square feet.

 

William Aranda, of Port Orange, sold 303 Ridge Blvd. Unit 2100, to Jeannine Fetzer, of Flagler Beach, for $63,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 810 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $85,000.

 

August and Carolyn Diemicke sold 303 Ridge Blvd., Unit 207, to Seth and Selina Jones, of Port Orange, for $50,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 810 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $34,500.
