A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 29 to Nov. 4 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Clifford Johnson and Sandra Smith, of Port Orange, sold 2713 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Brent and Teresa Kesler, of Port Orange, for $1.5 million. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, airplane hangar and 4,517 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $750,000.

 

PORT ORANGE

 

Condominiums

Ashraf and Mona Elsakr, individually and as trustees, sold 940 Village Trail to Stanley and Anna Obrochta, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $102,000. Built in 2003, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 719 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $70,000.

 

Ashton Lakes

Jason and Kimberly Summers, of DeLand, sold 812 Whispering Wind Court to Michael and Christine Murphy, of Port Orange, for $389,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,326 square feet.

 

Brandy Hills

Wallace Reed, of Howard Beach, New York, sold 164 Brandy Hills Drive to Andrew Bobonick Jr., of Port Orange, for $149,900. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $69,900.

 

Countryside

Roger Schmitt, of Daytona Beach, sold 758 Hunt Club Trail to Barbara Cinefro, of New Smyrna Beach, for $346,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,304 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $283,000.

 

Coquina Cove

David Thompson, of Orlando, sold 5431 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Michael Fennell, of Port Orange, for $204,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $139,900.

 

Deep Forest

Chad McGinnis and Tara Baptiste sold 928 Sand Crest Drive to Migdalia and Nelson Rivera, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $76,000.

 

Hamlet

Joseph Nolan, of Edgewater, sold 704 Hillville Drive to Robert and Julia Hanert, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $103,000.

 

Harbor Oaks

Carolyn Garrow sold 5880 Riverside Drive to Jeanne Baldwin and Jessica Veit, of Port Orange, for $355,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,232 square feet.

 

Horizon

Rose Finley sold 1285 Harms Way to Hanh Nguyen, of Port Orange, for $179,900. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,249 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $104,413.

 

Not in Subdivision

James Miller, of Palm Coast, sold 1084 Donnell Drive to Mehdi Mahdvar, of Port Orange, for $120,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $82,500.

Suzanne Meserve, of Portland, Maine, sold 5330 Royal Plantation Blvd. to Mark Vita, of Port Orange, for $220,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $187,700.

 

Jill Ray sold 5334 Plantation Home Way to Holly and Taylor Frick, of Port Orange, for $206,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $194,100.

 

Riverview

James and Leslie Cunningham, of Rossville, Georgia, sold 3245 Riverview Lane to Dana and Sue Thyhsen, of Lake Helen, for $257,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $150,000.

 

Sabal Creek

Sylvia and Salvatore Battiato, of Port Orange, sold 6133 Sabal Point Circle to Marcus and Aylin Lalchan, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,000.

 

Sanctuary on Spruce Creek

William Cope and Lisa White, of Orlando, sold 1303 Osprey Nest Lane to Tyron and Elizabeth Watkins, of Debary, for $327,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,242 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $224,000.

 

Villages of Royal Palm

Ben and Valeda White, of Port Orange, sold 1326 Coconut Palm Circle to Wesley and Brenda Williams, of Beaver, Pennsylvania, for $285,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,060 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $255,000.

 

Southport

Lawrence and Diana Cortright, of Port Orange, sold 5816 Westport Drive to David Rowley, of Port Orange, for $205,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,532 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $58,900.

 

Wilbur-by-the-Sea

Timothy and Cheryl Foley sold 4277 Cardinal Blvd. to Kenneth and Jane Petrie, of Port Orange, for $291,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $235,000.

 

Joseph Jeanes sold 4041 Cardinal Blvd. to Martian and Carla Fromm, of Sanford, for $243,000. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 850 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $120,000.

 

Willow Run

RRCap-SFR II LLC, of Huntersville, North Carolina, sold 1216 Jeffery Drive to Vincent Payne, of Port Orange, for $169,900. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $78,200.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Eastern Road Property LLC, of Port Orange, sold 1682 Eastern Road to Brandon Parrish and Lisa Beauchene, of South Daytona, for $107,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $45,000.

 

Anna Calabro sold 1659 Eastern Road to Jennifer Newell, of South Daytona, for $81,400. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $33,800.

 

Naman Gabriel, and Foaad and Maria Gabriel sold 1600 Big Tree Road, Unit A4, to John and Susan Lippincott, of South Daytona, for $75,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 833 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $103,000.
