A house on six acres in the Tomoka Farms neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for Nov. 5-11 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Janice and Robert Scott, of Port Orange, sold 1844 Halifax Drive to Peter and Katherine Scala, of Port Orange, for $383,750. Built in 1974, the house has a separate multipurpose building, four bedrooms, three baths and 2,176 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $125,000.

 

PORT ORANGE

 

Condominiums

Arthur Petrillo sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 8-103, to Carol Cosmillo, of Port Orange, for $230,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $197,400.

 

Mohammad Asghari, of Ormond Beach, sold 3656 Jackson St., Unit 11, to William Monroe, of New Smyrna Beach, for $72,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $43,000.

 

Allandale

Jeffery and Diane Neal, individually and as trustees, sold 5284 Christiancy Ave. to Taunya Patterson, of Port Orange, for $120,000. Built in 2007, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $54,000.

 

Countryside

David Marshlack,of Port Orange, sold 820 Wildwood Circle to John Farrell, of Port Orange, for $242,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,677 square feet.

 

Gaspare and Maria lndelicato sold 804 Wildwood Circle to John and Joyce Pierce, of Port Orange, for $184,400. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet.

 

Coquina Cove

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 1907 Marlin Run Drive to Juan Salinas, of Deltona, for $220,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,741 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $183,900.

 

Cypress Head

James and Maude Murray, of Port Orange, sold 6452 Renaissance Drive to Robert and Mildred LeBlanc, of Port Orange, for $300,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,116 square feet.

 

Deep Forest

Deborah and William Hand, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 935 Mill Road Lane to Chad and Brittany Millican, of Port Orange, for $228,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,713 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $220,000.

 

Ken Bern

Joseph and Gayle Rutter sold 3654 Socha Way to Michael Golub, of Port Orange, for $190,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.

 

Sugar Forest

Viktor and Andrea Engelmann, of Germany, sold 856 Sugar House Drive to William Maxwell, of DeLand, for $131,000. Built in 1994, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,012 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $113,000.

 

Twin Gates

Elizabeth Sidani sold 126 Westgate Drive to Scott Lambert, of Swanzey, New Hampshire, for $40,000. Built in 1974, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 792 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $30,000.

 

Waters Edge

Intervest at Water's Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6843 Forkmead Lane to Shirley Bowman, of Port Orange, for $366,594. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,019 square feet.

 

Randy Squires sold 1709 Arash Circle to Jonathan Kephart and Christina Spencer-Kephart, and Alberta Spencer, of Port Orange, for $230,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $109,080.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Virgil and Gertrude Moore, of Daytona Beach, sold 3344 Country Manor Drive to Philip and Judith Cassavant, of South Daytona, for $307,500. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,426 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $200,000.

 

Jessica Fowler and Kimberly Dietz, of South Daytona, sold 702 New York Ave. to John and Marvanna Logsdon, of South Daytona, for $175,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $133,000.

 

Gorilla Capital FL UU2 LLC sold 2412 Oriole Lane to Michael Matos, of South Daytona, for $145,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,008 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $182,000.
