South Daytona house is the top transaction

A house on the Halifax River in South Daytona was the top seller for June 24-30 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Arthur and Joan Schrysen sold 2217 S. Palmetto Ave. to William and Georgia Nidiffer, of South Daytona, for $445,943. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 1,574 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $192,500.

 

Condo

Mark and Jean Wrightsman, of Stillwater, Minnesota, sold 2801 S. Ridgewood Ave., Unit 609, to Sophan Lay and Sok Chhu, of Oviedo, for $440,000. Built in 2008, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,143 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $408,000.

 

Steven and Vicky Ridder sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 9-101, to Meshulam LLC, of Boca Raton, for $150,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,162 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $183,900.

 

Terrie Emery, of Fort Myers, sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 4-302, to Monte and Shelley Buntjer, of Marshall, Minnesota, for $140,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,162 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $204,400.

Cynthia and Jeffrey Knight, of Port Orange, sold 923 Ashmeade Court to Frederick Allen V, of Port Orange, for $285,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,021 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $269,000.

 

Anibal and Delores Arismendi sold 984 Breezemont Court to Quest IRA Inc., of Houston, for $190,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $96,000.

 

Christopher Saeger, as representative, and Craig Saeger sold 933 Meadow View Drive, Unit A, to James and Sharon Helton, of Port Orange, for $157,500. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,062 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $58,000.

Richard and Kathy Graham sold 4605 Secret River Trail to Ernest and Dian Surles, of Port Orange, for $277,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $127,900.

 

Stephen and Beverly Henry, and Stephen Henry II sold 4664 Golden Apples Trail to Predrag and Jelica Isakov, of Toronto, Ontario, for $220,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $250,000.

Richard Kuelbs, of Port Orange, and Donna Looney, of Evergreen Park, Illinois, sold 800 Black Duck Drive to Douglas Roberts and Teresita Perez, of Port Orange, for $228,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $112,500.

Demostenes and Josephine Sison, of Amherst, Ohio, sold 6289 Paradise Island Court to Ryan and Mandy Murray, of Port Orange, for $340,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,572 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $45,000.

Melanie MacNeill sold 705 La Grange Ave. to Helen Griffith, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1979, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 780 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $58,000.

Donna Shapiro, Daniel Cassidy, Dana Cassidy and Denise Cassidy sold 445 Pendrey Drive to Thomas and Michelle Markham, of Port Orange, for $289,900. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,749 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $276,000.

David Eller sold 52 Cypress Pond Road to Hassan Nadjafinia, of Daytona Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,048 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $53,000.

 

Ruby Nave, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, sold 85 Cypress Pond Road to Donald and Arlys Ross, of Liberty Center, Ohio, for $110,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,048 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $50,000.

Catherine McCloskey, of Brentwood, Tennessee, sold 737 Tumblebrook Drive to Redbird I Investments LLC, of Edgewater, for $120,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,443 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $59,000.
