The top real estate transaction for May 27 to June 2 in Port Orange and South Daytona was $457,500. Joshua and Charlena Langlais sold 874 Airport Road to Michael and Angela Skinner, and Andrew Franzone, of Port Orange. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,874 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $337,000.

 

Baywood

Keith and Joanne Magley sold 5588 S. Lancewood Circle to Cynthia McShane and Margaret Bayreuther, of Port Orange, for $180,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,825 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $204,000.

 

Commonwealth

Kevin Mills, of Lancaster, Ohio, sold 706 Sheldon Circle to Gary Garofalo and Nancy McLaughlin, of Deltona, for $81,900. Built in 1976, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet.

 

Peninsula Rental Investments LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5451 Rogers Ave. to Clifford Patton and Sondra Armhein, of Port Orange, for $38,000. Built in 1969, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 684 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $15,000.

 

Coquina Cove

Kelly Travis, of Port Orange, sold 1975 S. Cove Point Road to Bryan and Rebecca Craig, of Port Orange, for $278,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,380 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $203,627.

 

Cypress Head

Jay Lovett, individually and as trustee, sold 1162 Palm Springs Court to Patricia Wright, of Port Orange, for $248,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $327,000.

 

Groves

John Brooks, of Port Orange, sold 3778 Long Grove Lane to Ryan Roseman, of Port Orange, for $212,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $206,000.

 

Norwood

Steven Camp, of DeLand, sold 5035 Palmetto St. to Rhiana Bleakmore and Scott Seggermann, of Port Orange, for $189,900. Built in 1924, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a detached apartment and 875 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $44,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Edward and Kimberley Valaer, of Ashburn, Virginia, sold 3936 S. Atlantic Ave. to David and Terri Lindsay, of Atlanta, for $429,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $86,000.

 

Richard Rule sold 3324 S. Peninsula Drive to Kathleen and Michael Galusha, of Port Orange, for $262,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $170,000.

 

Ricky and Delphine Root, of Plainwell, Michigan, sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 8-305, to Hal Zuravel, of Saugus, Massachusetts, for $130,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $195,400.

 

Port Orange Plantation

Donald Kesling Sr. and Constance Van Brocklin, individually and as trustees, sold 5241 Plantation Home Way to Michael Wittman for $241,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $171,250.

 

Potato Patch

Christopher and Kimberly Doty sold 1041 Pocatello Court to Anthony and Laura Babowicz, of Tequesta, for $167,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $139,700.

 

Riverwood Plantation

Barbara Pomerleau sold 6206 Morning Drive to Guy and Karen Baisden, of Port Orange, for $257,500. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,135 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $169,000.

 

Leslie Flood, of Daytona Beach, sold 6208 Sequoia Drive to Manish Bhasin and Parul Sapra, of Feasterville, Pennsylvania, for $184,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $68,000.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

Salvatore and Valarie Maugeri, of Port Orange, sold 1937 Spruce Creek Landing to Richard Smith and Sarah Harris-Smith, of Port Orange, for $450,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,880 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $51,000.

 

Summer Trees

Victoria Smith, of Port Orange, sold 106 Magnolia Loop to Ronald and Sandra Fleming, of Port Orange, for $164,900. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,403 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $129,500.

 

Cathy Vlad, individually and as trustee, sold 76 Cypress Pond Road to Mary Branderfine, of Port Orange, for $144,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,289 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $71,500.

 

Sweetwater Hills

Chester and Halina Prokop, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 62 Branch Drive to Timothy and Michelle Allen, of Port Orange, for $197,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,432 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $125,000.

 

Stephen Kuester sold 719 Hiview Circle to John Anthony, as trustee, for $195,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,585 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $132,000.

 

Waters Edge

David and Romaine Bata, of Port Orange, sold 6804 Vintage Lane to John and Kathleen Donnachie, of Port Orange, for $306,500. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,833 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $239,000.

Brian and Carolyn Greenwood sold 1245 Thomas Drive to Richard and Jane Dodge, of Port Orange, for $196,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $169,900.

 

Brady and Christie Benishek, of Port Orange, sold 1228 Thomas Drive to Heidi Brodick, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,373 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $140,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Zeljko Drca, of South Daytona, sold 2948 Windle Lane to Morgan Miholies, of Panama City, for $183,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,297 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $114,000.

 

John Havely and Delene Betz sold 1992 Magnolia Ave. to Andrew Hager, of South Daytona, for $113,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 912 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $65,100.
