The top selling residence for July 9-15 in Port Orange is a house in the Ashton Lakes neighborhood. Jeffrey and Valli Smith, of Orlando, sold 6182 Secret Lake Drive to Anthony Campanella and Lisa Macri, of Port Orange, for $350,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,102 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $339,900.

 

Barefoot Park

Gary and Margarite Vander Veen, of Clare, Michigan, sold 149 Sand Pebble Circle to Gary and Florinza Benedetti, of Port Orange, for $82,500. Built in 1973, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $89,000.

 

Dunlawton Hills

Andrea Janson sold 888 Stonybrook Circle to RHRH Real Estate Inc., of Jacksonville, for $138,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $138,500.

 

Cambridge

Gwendolyn Slater sold 211 N. Brighton Drive to John and Christine Penc, of Ponce Inlet, for $223,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,861 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $92,000.

 

Countryside

Erin Reid sold 4013 N. Waterbridge Circle to John Schaeffer, of Port Orange, for $221,500. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $149,900.

 

Rex Sevy, of Port Orange, sold 946 Greenmont Court to Richard Silva and JoAnn Scott, of Port Orange, for $217,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,502 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $80,000.

 

Cross Creek

Jeffrey and Jamie Hawkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 4667 Secret River Trail to Michael Gilmore and Kaitlyn Scharfschwerdt, of Port Orange, for $190,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $134,000.

 

Cypress Head

James and Carol Ginfrida, of Yulee, sold 6406 Longlake Drive to Kevin and Cynthia Harder, of Port Orange, for $292,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,281 square feet.

 

Forest Lake Preserve

Nicholas and Karen Hagstrom sold 5456 Ward Lake Drive to Stephen and Antoinette Kuester, of Port Orange, for $295,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,929 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $210,450.

 

Gatewood

Theresa and Shawn Baer, of Port Orange, sold 1050 W. Samms Ave. to Helen Pardee, of Port Orange, for $141,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,146 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $63,500.

 

Golden Pond

Barry and Valeria Rutherford, of DeLand, sold 522 Moon Rise Drive to Paul and Patricia Cowgill, of Port St. Lucie, for $329,900. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,726 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $296,000.

 

Harbor Point

Sara Cunningham, of Port Orange, sold 188 Burgoyne Road to Joseph Frost, of Port Orange, for $170,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $135,000.

 

Kingswood

Brenda Evans, of Maryland, sold 1046 Wexford Way to Charles Player, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,487 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $55,900.

 

Potato Patch

Carlos and Molly Cabrera, of Debary, sold 3519 Red Pontiac Drive to Benjamin and Gretchen Brown, of Port Orange, for $158,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $128,900.

 

Sawgrass Point

Lynn Krumenacker sold 5968 Sawgrass Point Drive to Patricia Gauthier, of Port Orange, for $275,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,866 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $293,500.

 

Sleepy Hollow

Yara Real Estate LLC, of South Daytona, sold 753 Horseman Drive to Troy Templeton, as trustee, for $246,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $80,000.

 

Southwinds

Debra and Adolph Posey, of Port Orange, sold 1197 Southfork Court to Yara Real Estate LLC, of South Daytona, for $132,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $67,272.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

Juan Blaha and Ann Hernandez, of Port Orange, sold 33 Lazy Eight Drive to Fabio Vinha, of Port Orange, for $328,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $278,000.

 

Spruce Creek Village

Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold 420 Laurie Ave. to Stephen and James Slowinski, of Port Orange, for $37,200. Built in 1998, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $77,100.

 

Sunset Cove

Ai Liang sold 3927 Sunset Cove Drive to Linda Ateniese, of Port Orange, for $196,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $181,300.

 

Willow Run

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 1237 Mellisa Drive to Kevin and Heidi Luby, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $75,900.
