A house in Wilbur-by-the-Sea was the top selling residence for May 19-25 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Robin and Elizabeth Hughes, of Landrum, South Carolina, sold 4034 S. Peninsula Drive to Profitable Properties Inc., as trustee, for $775,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,010 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $600,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Baywood

John and Frances Malphurs sold 5492 W. Bayshore Drive to Joseph and Cassandra Colletti, of Port Orange, for $295,500. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,960 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $144,000.

 

Commonwealth

R. Mark and Donna Jackson, of Ontario, Canada, sold 718 Sheldon Circle to Thomas Paschal, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1972, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 672 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $38,000.

 

Condominium

Kinn Tutas, of Winter Garden, sold 5090 Riverside Drive, Unit 105, to Larry and Vickie Smith, of Port Orange, for $430,000. Built in 2010, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,704 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $385,000.

 

Countryside

Tony and Rhonda Semon, of Edgewater, sold 910 Ashmeade Court to Douglas Hine, of Port Orange, for $218,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $177,000.

 

Cross Creek

Joshua Cady and Katie Doucette sold 4647 S. Moon Trail to Edwin and Anna Diedrich, of Port Orange, for $272,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,751 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $189,000.

 

Cypress Cove

Blanche Alvarado, individually and as trustee, sold 809 Chickadee Drive to John and Frances Malphurs, of Port Orange, for $275,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,459 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $110,000.

 

Hamlet

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 813 Upland Drive to Sara Odzinski, of Port Orange, for $209,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $185,700.

 

Harbor Oaks

Mark and Carol Wickham sold 5739 Riverside Drive to John White, of Port Orange, for $475,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,494 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $565,000.

 

Portona

Dion and Rhona Watts, of Simi Valley, California, sold 1009 4th St. to Brian and Lisa Menard, of Port Orange, for $173,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 942 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $140,000.

 

Quiet Place in the Country

David and Edie Favreau, of Jacksonville, sold 260 Quiet Trail Drive to Dillard and Amy Johnson, of Port Orange, for $535,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,204 square feet.

 

River Oaks

Peter and Linda Vosbury, of Sebastian, sold 6204 Oak River Terrace to Richard and Anna Owensby, of Port Orange, for $328,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,539 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $290,000.

 

Sawgrass Point

Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 841 Stony Point Drive to Michael and Allyson Laheta, of Port Orange, for $258,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $82,711.

 

Silver Creek

Randall Campbell sold 3658 Gold Nugget Court to Ann Stanhope, of Port Orange, for $215,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,330 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $132,400.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

William Thomas and Janine Le Grange, of Port Orange, sold 1824 Lindbergh Lane to Danielle and Ryan Lawrence, of Port Orange, for $700,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,147 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $500,000.

 

Terrace

Lashon Henderson, of Sanford, sold 1006 Sandy Terrace Court to David Hermanson III, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $107,000.

 

Townhomes West

Linton and Carmen Harriott, and Shaun Harriott sold 3551 Forest Branch Drive, Unit E, to Wilfred Leung, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 992 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $156,900.

 

Vineyards

Richard and Gail Cratty sold 5486 Trakia Trail to Linh Nguyen and Truyen Hoang, of Port Orange, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet.

 

Waters Edge

Joseph and Cassandra Colletti, of Port Orange, sold 6757 Ferri Circle to Marcel and Cheryl Desrosiers, of Seekonk, Massachusetts, for $305,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,701 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $245,000.

 

Wilbur-by-the-Sea

Esther Hatchett, of Port Orange, sold 4109 S. Peninsula Drive to Alan and Elizabeth Potts, of Wallkill, New York, for $280,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,259 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $70,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Debbie and Jeffrey Justice, of South Daytona, sold 2080 Anne Circle to Matthew Guercio, of South Daytona, for $199,900. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $76,500.

 

Katherine Chilovi, of Daytona Beach, sold 506 Katherine St. to Marshall Ransom and Leigh Downing, of South Daytona, for $173,500. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,651 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $50,000.

 

Walter and Samone Green, of Pensacola, sold 547 Katherine St. to Angela Miller, of South Daytona, for $125,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,277 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $73,500.

 

IRD Investments LLC sold 2235 Anastasia Drive to Utter Properties LLC, of Port Orange, for $115,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in April for $85,000.
